Since the DC universe is suppose to be rebooting, will Kyle still be in affect? After all he was created in the ninties. I read somewhere that the reboot won't affect every title, just most, however I fear that Geoff Johns may want to pull the plug on the "Torchbearer" (since DC seems to be intent on getting rid of most of the stuff created during the 90's). What do you think? Some-people believe that he'll turn into Teen Lantern (which I think is stupid).

If he wanted to get rid of him, he'd have doen so in War; it's the perfect opportunity and what everyone expected. Maybe the future covers are misleading, but it seems as though he's still alive. So why use the massive retcon as an excuse to get rid of him? I'm not worried. -

I think that the whole resetting of the DC universe is a bad idea. Why can't writers use the back story and inprove upon it?

If Kyle survives War then you have nothing to worry about. The guy in charge of the retcon writes GL, after all. GL fans have the very least to worry about because Johns has already massively retconned GL. He's just taking his style and applying it to the entire DCU. That's what this is.
