Kyle's been GL for two years, according to that scene. Unlike Hal, John, and Guy, however, Waller and the government do not know his true identity.

Wasn't a bad issue at all. Hated the cover art though. The inside art was okay though, the artist drew Hal brilliantly, I'd rather he drew for the ain title instead, as his Hal was way better than Kyle's over bulky mask. Plus I don't like the art in Green Lantern anyway. The faces are all too wide.
