Y'know what's sad? Seeing the mention of Oblivion in this preview reminded me that I wanted to read the Annual and see exactly how that was handled. Then I remembered, I got the Annual already, and read it, and it was just so unmemorable that I could barely recall what happened in it.

And I'm not a GL:NG hater by any means, either. I can remember well enough several of the other recent issues, and I've been enjoying the series since it started its focus on Kyle and the Templar Guardians. The Annual just, for whatever reason, made very little impression on me.

I'm getting quite annoyed at Carol Ferris' "older, wiser sister who smacks Kyle around" attitude. If I had a woman make the quips at me that Carol is doing to Kyle, I'd leave her or tell her in no uncertain terms to lay off the superior counseling.

I'd use a combination of the violet and indigo light to conjure up a GIANT PURPLE COCK that groans NOK to follow her around incessantly.

Another great issue, and continues to be my favorite Lantern book. It reminded me of the disappointment of not seeing Krona as a worldsoul, but I enjoyed seeing another living planet around.

Wasn't the "evil" world the one in the GL Animated Series comic book? Are we seeing a crossover from the GLAS comic to the GL:NG comic?
