I don't see it as her having to win him back. They didn't end on sour terms. Kyle had forgiven her and he understood what happened. And when she died, she did give up her essence to him to allow him to become Ion. Even he, speaking with Alan, told him that it was as if Jen didn't die.

I really believe if it's meant to be and if Jen is resurrected by the white light at the end of Blackest Night, they can have a chance to make things work. I was really enlightend when I read Jen was Kyle's true love. That made me feel like if they could work past their differences and truly be honest with each other then they have a chance to make it work. The romantic in me really hopes this comes to pass.

And on a side note ion.nai, it's nice to see some positive feedback about my feelings on Jade & Kyle. I seem to... be in a minority and so having someone see it in a way I do... it feels nice.

He should stay with Natu und put Jade in the freezer . No serious. I think for Jade there are more possible cohabitants than for Natu. Jade should date someone from the JLA or the JSA or the Titans.

I tend to forget how much i enjoyed seeing them together. As a man i stick with the naive (pardon my vulgarity) "Bros before hos" attitude. Unless reminded of all the facts I tend to have my mind stuck on the fact that Jade betrayed Kyle... which is unfair to her character. She was my favourite out of his ladyfriend gallery.

I've been a Jade fan way back when she first debuted in Infinity, Inc! I've tried to grab a run of those and all, just to get her pre-Outsiders and GL stuff! I always thought she was a great character, having to overcome alot. She has a unique family dynamic and once she and Kyle got together, I really enjoyed watching that expand. Knowing Kyle's own father abandoned him, seeing him bond with Alan right along with her.. those were some great moments.

I agree with you about her cheating. It wasn't right.. especially after how much it was obvious she loved Kyle. Of course I'm not the writing team, so.. I won't blame her? I'll blame the writers instead. -laughs- Seems like a safe recourse to do. Her pregnancy scare was really a turning point for her and her and Kyle's relationship. She immediately went back to Earth after that and worked as Earth's GL while Kyle remained in deep space. It's like she said.. after Terry was beaten virtually to death, it was like Kyle was punishing himself. She didn't understand why, but it's like... that became more important than being a Lantern AND being a boyfriend. Again.. I don't condone what she did, but I believe I can understand it. Wrong is wrong, however..

On topic, im not really biased to either side Kyle is one of my favorite lanterns...infact of the gl's hes second only to Hal. i never got to read much of the stuff with him an Jade and i had'nt read much of him and Natu so at the moment either outcome seems fine to me, granted there will be fallout no matter what happens..if Jade comes back and Kyle leaves Natu we're gona get a "scorned love" angle from her and if jade stays dead and the two of them come clean we're gona get a" You lied to me!?" angle either way fallout

I like how they kept some parts white but not the gloves and they changed the boots to black. I like his new lantern too... maybe it's Gold cus he's the "Torchbearer"?
