It's kinda cool, and I don't mind the arrow piece as it's just making the top green section of the torso follow the same direction. I don't care for the bare hands or the fact the ring's on the wrong hand, but not bad.

I could do better though.

And for the record, the Jim Lee symbol was never really a Jim Lee symbol. It wsa based on the original image of Sodam Yat from the 80's as well as the handful of Lantern's who had similar symbols [the guy in the Hazmat-ish suit for example from the first Alpha Lantern story as well as the red Doomsday lookalike].
