Hey wanted to give a huge thanks to any one I bought issues off of, I have 7 issues left to have a complete vol 3! so next week my day off will be going to every LCS and trying to complete my collection!

Now time to start with vol2!!!!

Are you going to try to collect vol.2 as single issues? If so, you are a brave man. Myself, I'm going to have to wait until the Archives catch up to the GL/GA stuff to say that my vol.2 is "complete". I just can't bring myself to shell out the single issue prices for the ones I'm missing.

I like having the single issues, not a big fan of trades, or archives. Theres only a few limited series that I'd get that way. I've a good chunk of vol 2 I have 5 issues in the 20s already and a good run in the hundreds...

Wait for conventions man, you can't find them cheaper anywhere than in a bin at a show. Especially the 70's and 80's issues. That's how I got my collections complete so fast. Plus you can always whittle them down if you are buying a bunch of books at once.

Thats how I get alot of books, there is a mini con here like every 3 months, its like a giant comic/figure/movies flea market. Theres a guy with 50cent boxes, and I buy up all the GL stuff from him first, then check other vendors. Plus all his stuff is bagged and boarded.

Other wise I'll look online to finish up vol3!

just looked through my small stack of dups and I got nothing for you, do you have all the Annuals and the 3 80 page specials - those are all technically part of Vol 3

I am complete, yeah!!!!! I tracked down all but 2 issues on Midland Comics, and found the last 2 on e-bay! best part I spent under $20 bucks to do it!

Now time to tackle vol 2!
