Has Oa's location been established in the New 52?

I know Oa's location hasn't been handled entirely consistently over the years, with it being described as being in the "center of the galaxy" and "on the edge of the galaxy" at least once, but most of the time, when they mention it at all, they seem to say that it is in the "center of the universe".

I seem to recall that in Infinite Crisis, Oa being displaced from the center at that time was actually a plot point. Don't recall if it reverted to the center afterward, though.

I'm just wondering, has Oa's location been addressed at all in the New 52?

Ours, I assume, as those references were, as I recall, in the form of text boxes directed to the reader of the comic.

If you happen to stumble across a specific reference, let me know. I'm trying to act as a source of info on the topic on another forum, but realized that I really don't know for sure what has been established in the New 52 in that regard.

Who knows? In the DCU it could be. In the real world there is no center of the universe, according to accepted theory, so the whole notion is problematic, anyway.
