Ethan, as an artist have you ever wanted to "cover" a classic story (Death of Superman, Dark Knight Returns, any origin story, etc...) the same way a modern band might cover a classic song? If so, what would you illustrate? I always thought it would be cool to see other artists interpretations of a classic.

That's a great idea. Hmm..what would I do? I guess I'd do POLICE COMICS #1, the first Plastic Man story.

Flash is actually in a scarier predicament than AQUAMAN is, I think. It's a big DC franchise that has had three tough re-starts in the past 5 years. And it isn't selling well now. We HAVE to get it right and we have to interest people again, or it's in real trouble.

Aquaman can wait a few years.
