Would a guy EVER be admitted into the star sapphires?? as gay guys act pretty much like girls so do they count towards being considered for the Star Sapphires??

Really enjoyed Flash: Rebirth #3 and just had a few questions,

1. Will we see more of Barry as Black Flash?
2. Loved the little things such as Hal covering Iris' head with an umbrella construct. Was that in the script or did you come up with that?
3. How significant is the lightning bolt staff that Thawne's carrying around?
4. Where are the Rogues? I miss them.
5. Will we be seeing any more of Abra Kadabra or is he toast after his visit from Prof. Zoom?
