Well, let's diffuse this right now. Thank you for the rings. I have one of them on my shelf. I wouldn't flip you off if I took a photo of me wearing it for you. Nor did I ever refuse. You are easily one of my favorite artists of all time, I got a chance to meet you in Chicago at C2E2 this year, and it was an honor. I was wondering if you had any plans to return to artist duty on the GL or Flash ongoings written by Geoff Johns anytime soon? Or maybe another rebirth book about a Brightest Day resurrected character?

Well, I always work with Geoff again eventually. Every two years or so. But it's good to not plan things out too far in advance! You never know what opportunities might pop up!

Ethan~ I severely enjoy your work, I like how you put so much detail into everything you do and yet still have fun with it.

Anyways, that said, I might have a "teensie" art request, whenever you're not busy of course, but you're always busy so it might not happen but I'll think I'll try asking anyways. =P

When I first signed up to these message boards, I had a spontaneous idea to create a new costume, but with all five Green Lantern suits combined together, and i'm wondering whether or not if it'll look good better in my mind or on paper lol
(regretably the concept for the costume is on the next page, sorry for that inconvenience)

It sounds like something you should draw yourself, Mr. Dragon01! Geoff and I talk about how important it is to create ideas that generate fan art. If we can get the readers drawing and writing about stuff that we're working on, then we accomplished the main purpose of comics: Firing up imaginations. Do your own take, and post it here!

The big names? The creative team, or the characters?

Assuming you mean that I'm going to draw it, I'd have Geoff write it, and it would be the Green Lanterns vs. the Nova Corps.

I have come to the recent realization that my love of comics and my love of baking and pastry should not be mutually exclusive. I have an idea to open up a "comic/geek cafe" of sorts a la Atomic Comics in Kick-Ass. I have been doing some research and no place like this exists in NYC and I think it might be something that could do well. Any thoughts on the matter or who in the industry it would be wise to contact in terms of support and things of that nature?

Okay, here's the deal Ethan. You and Andy Kubert alternate drawing story arcs like JHWilliams and Amy Reeder on Batwoman. Call in a favor from Jimmy Palmiotti to write it, and if you start now we don't have to worry about potential delays. Make that happen Ethan, I know you can't pass up the chance of writing more and drawing some more speed.

Its okay, I don't need any credit. No one will know or has to know where this genius idea came from.
