Spoiler:He shows up on the page preceding the foldout spread in a scuffle with Bats that starts out with a declaration that this scene takes place in "the near future" and Bats doesn't seem to know who he is.

The costume design definitely reminds me of Black Hand as well but his demeanor is very different - it'll be interesting to see how William Hand changes between now and the end of the "Revenge of Black Hand" arc.

Why are there a ton of artists drawing like four pages each? Unless it's a cute parody, that is such a turn off.
