    Yo.

.......Im willing to give him a chance, just like I did for Ryan as Hal and like I'll do for the mis-cast clowns they picked for the lead roles in GotG.

however, I *do* understand the sentiment.

I LOVE conspiracy theorists. They are like human versions of the cymbal clapping, dancing monkeys. No one takes them all that seriously and they get bored with them after about 10 minutes.

Indeed. Aside from the obvious cases of Keaton and Ledger, here's a more recent example:

"The Human Torch from those shitty Fantastic Four movies got cast as Captain America?! That movie's going to suck!"

Is that how low the bar is set now? As long as they don't pick the absolute worst person to play a role,I should be happy? I can't This isn't kindergarten, stop giving Hollywood a smiley face when they do something wrong. I mean I respect what you are saying, but Hollywood has to work for mine. For the record I did not like Heath's joker. It was too far of a depature for my taste,I also did not care for Chris Evans, kids just not big enough to play a guy who took the ultimate steroid. I will say he got better in Avengers though so kudos to him.

Whatever. It's Gambit. I don't have enough enthusiasm about the character to care about the casting.

Really? He was my favorite X-men when I was a kid,I would say him and Batman where the ones resposable for getting me into comics. I liked him because he was defiant, but not annoyingly so like Wolverine. Where Logan would storm off like a little baby,Gambit would just be content to make snyde remarks about a mission.

Wow you really read ALOT into that. Personally I think he could be good in the role. But if you want to tell me I'm being a knidergartner because I feel as such that's cool too . Luckily flying off the handle at every casting announcement isn't kindergarten-esque at all. Like many others in the past for all we know he could surprise us immensely. How about we let him ruin the role before we cry about him ruining the role. Lastly and most importantly it's a FOX film. They probably already ruined Gambit before they even cast him. Look at Taylor Kitsch in Wolverine: Origins. He was fucking terrible.

I think you took offense to something that wasn't ment to be offinsive to you. I am attacking Hollywood, not you bud. HollyWood know'sthe game so to speak. They know they don't have to make a great movie, they just have to have a property name. So instead of being one of those assholes who just complains about movies,I am going to take action and refreain from seeing that looks just okay at best. I am sure it will do fine without me though. So If I offended you with my analgy of rewarding effort as opposed rewarding good work,I sincerly apologize.

Fret not. I don't really ever get offended. I'm on of the most offensive people I know.

No kidding. They did such an awful job by hiring a bunch of hacks to play Professor X and Magneto.

LOL I know right. All four of those guys were the worst things about that movie . There are indeed some exceptions like with everything else.

Oh, I used to like Gambir when I was twelve. I just haven't cared about him since Uncanny #350 or so.

lol. Ouch I am kinda over comic movies but since he was achildhood favorite if the trailer looked badazz enough I would have been tempted. I wonder what it will be about? I mean his first mini did great but his ongoing did not go so well.
