    "Gald"! Good one!

But he's still CCO, isn't he? He'll still muck things up if that stays the case for years to come.

To elaborate on my own answer, so long as he works at DC, no, I'm not glad, because he isn't gone if they continue his employment.

I can't be glad until his involvement with DC is over with, but that's for the entire lineup. Specifically for the Lantern titles, I don't care much, since I haven't read a Lantern issue in a long time.

I'm sort of glad he's gone. I liked his run up to a point. SCW was great and I liked Blackest Night but I felt that he pretty much used up all that he had with that.
Even Ron Marz's run didn't last forever. Good things got to end before everything goes downhill.

Yeah, because although I didn't hate hate what he did, but he got boring. I'm mainly glad he's gone because I want to see how the series would work in new hands.

it's always better to quit a little too soon and leave them calling for more than it is to quit too late. but almost nobody does that.

Christopher Eccleston in Doctor Who left when people still wanted him there. Same with Tennant.

But no, usually that does not happen.

johnny carson said that when he quit the tonight show. his ratings were still high and people were telling him he could do for another five years, but he said, "you have to know when to get off the stage."

I have no problem with him, so I'll just say, "I don't care".

Then we might as well complete the collection.
