They really HAVE depowered the rings. The only time I can recall them being less powerful is when Hal was being punished during his tour of America with Ollie and the old timer in the GL/GA run. I get that they need to create the feeling of danger for our characters, but I think they've gone overboard. You can kill them with a pebble now.

Even if you get in... be prepared to be told what to write and how to set up the next big event.

My favorite moment was when they had "Lantern killer" guns. That was just so stupid. Why did Sinestro go to Qward and build a new yellow power ring when he could have just ran down to the pawn shop and bought a Lantern killer gun.

Alright. I've discovered the location of Kyle Rayner and Guy Gardner. I'm not sure if they will be in The Lost Army, at least not with regular, major roles... BUT, it seems that Kyle Rayner will have a role to play in Omega Men (although some may not like it), and apparently Guy will be in Justice League 3001. Here are the solicits:

          THE OMEGA MEN #1

          Art by ALEC MORGAN
          Cover by TREVOR HUTCHISON
1:25 Variant cover by DUSTIN NGUYEN
          On sale JUNE 3 • 32 pg, FC, $2.99 US • RATED T+

Retailers: This issue will ship with two covers. Please see the order form for details.

The Omega Men are back in an all-new series! They’ve murdered White Lantern Kyle Rayner and now, the universe wants them to pay! Who are these intergalactic criminals – and is there more to their actions than meets the eye?
          JUSTICE LEAGUE 3001 #1

Written by KEITH GIFFEN & J.M. DeMATTEIS
Art and cover by HOWARD PORTER

Travel even deeper into the future than before with the all-new JUSTICE LEAGUE 3001! They’ve managed to become the World’s Greatest Heroes of the 30th century, but with legions of foes gunning for them, can they stay alive long enough to see the year 3002?

Where are you getting Guy in JL3K from? The solicit doesn't indicate that, and I couldn't tell from the tiny picture in the link.

So pretty much the Omega Men will fake kyle's murder, and he'll be running with them in that book?

From this quote in the above link:

DC Entertainment has provided ComicBook.com with an exclusive first look at ten of their June 2015-launching solicitations, including anticipated new #1 issues like Bat-Mite, Bizarro and Robin, Son of Batman.

A number of these titles had already had art released, but this marks the debut of almost all of the solicitation text and a number of the covers.

Possibly the biggest revelation contained herein? What appears to be a 31st Century version of Guy Gardner (although...female?) in Justice League 3001. Facing off against Starro the Conqueror might bring some memories back, too.
*shrug* I assume they know what they're talking about

                  LAME

I liked the idea of them being trandede in the same alt universe trying to find each other, and then find a way back home. Another Good idea DC imedatley meeses up.

There's no way putting Guy and Kyle into those two titles will suck me into buying them. They look awful and have the stink of cancellation already lingering on them.

Thanks for the info though, Star-Lantern.

I zoomed in on it and that is definitely a woman on that 3001 cover. Or at least, as much as Howard Porter is capable of depicting one. So scratch that one off for a GL appearance of Guy.

                          CV: So Hal Jordan…

CB: Essentially Hal is going to be the sole Green Lantern in the DC Universe. All the other Green Lanterns are being put into a universe they have no connection to. They are completely unfamiliar with it. They will not know where they are. They literally start the first issue lost.
This is so funny to me... Hypo knows why.

Instead of always having a villain that the WHOLE DAMNED CORPS needs to fight, or having corps fighting corps, why not depict it the way common sense suggests it should be -- with focus on one or a few members in any given GLC story?

Why is that not even a consideration? Is it maybe because the writing at DC so lacks a following that if you don't somehow cram the whole Corps or the whole DCU in a story, nobody will pay attention to the thing?

That doesn't mean that is where Guy is going. There is already a version of Clark, Bruce, Diana, Barry, Hal, Sinestro, and Lois in JL 3000 and they're not missing from their books.

True. But that's the only place I've yet seen him (her) mentioned or shown in the post-"Convergence" landscape.
