Back during "Emerald Eclipse," Soranik Natu and her partner were dismantling the apparatus on Korugar that the Korugarian government had built for executing Sinestro.

Doe anyone have any idea what method they planned to use? Gas? Electricity or energy? Firing squad?

Hm... I'm not sure. I know the last time Sinestro was executed, it was just a bunch of Green Lanterns zapping him with their rings.

Except for him. He lived, I guess. And everybody else forgot they ever even tried it... even though his body was kept in Oa's crypt for a while.
