Probably because I forgot all about it.

Still, that's not much of a stretch. They altered Sinestro's past a lot for Emerald Dawn (which was sorely needed), and it looks like Marz just filled in the gaps.

Of course, it doesn't really jive with Johns' version of Sinestro as the best Green Lantern ever, but oh well. Who knows what counts anymore!

You are correct sir! I remember when that Secret origions came out. It was at that point I relized that Ron Marz should just stick to writting his characters.

Right. I read in an interview that the first few issues will explain why he's not hosting Paralaxx anymore.

Or something could possibly happen in Forever Evil #7. Keep in mind this issue was suppose to come out before the release of Sinestro #1

I am more worried about them using the worst parts of Sinestro's back story. Wich seems like they are going to do since they are already talking about Sornik,and it seems like they are using the the cheezy Ron Marz Origin now.

I am excited,but I am not optimistic.

The art is going to be gorgeous. When this series tanks, they should move Eaglesham back onto the main GL title where he belongs.

I'm assuming that Parallax WILL play some kind of role in this comic, despite the fact that the preview makes it seem absent. It would be rather silly if Parallax was left out of the clean sweep done of the other entities only to be ignored in Sinestro's comic.

I'll definitely pick it up. The art looks good enough, but his face looks kind of strange. I'm not a fan of the beady eyes.

I'm wondering if this book will delve into (and retcon or add to) Sinestro's origin, or will it start up in his current form as Sinestro Lord with the Parallax entity power, or whatever he is now. I haven't read any spoilers, in case anyone is wondering.
