I like the interactions between Sinestro and Soranik, especially how Sinestro gave Soranik a taste of revenge by asking her to tend to the helpless Arkillo. She said it herself, Sinestro corrupts those around him and apparently has a plan for his daughter as well. Saving Korugarian, with any means possible, Soranik might find that appealing consider how eager she is to vindicate her faith in life-saving.

I just hope there's no insidious plans to pimp out his daughter to make sure the family line is preserved along withe teh genetic purity fo Korrugar's finest.

Soranik: What now father? You plan to marry me off to someones form the Royal House? A strong warrior to breed a new race of Korrugarians to herald a new age of order by fear? Am I to be the "breeder" for your twisted version of a future? AM I?

Sinestro: (somewhat shaken) No...even I would not subject my own daughter to that, whatever you may think of me. I am not that kind of monster. Go now. Return to the Green Lanterns if that is your wish. Your life is your own.

(Sinestro leaves the room. Soranik activates her ring an leaves with tears streaming down her face)

(Back in the infermary, Lyssa Drak appears)

Lyssa: Sinestro...

Sinestro: Report.

Lyssa: It is done. The eggs we harvested from Soranik Natu are stable and stored in cryogenesis.

Sinestro: Good. Leave now.

(Sinestro is left alone.)

In way way back land. Sinestro was chosen by his sectors Green Lantern to fill in for her when she died. That has been Retconed. ED2 was a retcon seeing how Sinestro was a bad guy before Hal even joined the GLC.

So my guess as to what is still in canon,would be ED2,because Goeff refrenced it in his run. And the secret Origins villians issue that Ron Marz wrote Sinestro newest Origin. Seeing How they used that in the 3D cover special.

That said the Life and times of young Sinestro have hardly ever been explored. Goeff is really the first person to take a deeper intrest in the character.

Liked it. I especially like the designs on some of the new SC aliens.

I found it dissapoining. I did not like any of the ne new SC. One looked like a evil Ricky Schroder from Silver Spoons. I am pretty sure I saw a living Surfboard creature. Thes guys are not verry scarry...

There were certainly some interesting-looking aliens. Among the few new ones were a hand-type creature, a squid-head guy, one that looked like an elf and one that looked like a post-death Doomsday Superman humanoid that had a charred face underneath his flowing locks. The two latter were actually given names, although I forgot what they are.



The good thing about the new aliens are they will be very easy to customize into action figures.

There is the GL 23.4 3D issue that has Sinestro as an archeologist.

Also what is up with that crazy new SC member with like 5 heads? Curious to know more about that one.
