I had to go back to the previous issue to see if I was missing some setup. Apparently not much, it was just written in such a way as to make me feel like I was coming in on the middle of a story I hadn't read the beginning of.

That's how I feel most of the time reading Morrison. I guess the only set-up was the bit with Flash.
