Jim, if you truly have no skill with painting, the best thing to do is to find out if there's a Games Workshop near you, and if not, then look for a hobby shop that specializes in tabletop games such as Warhammer. Then find out if said shop has painting sessions where you can get tutorials on how to paint models and miniatures. Once you learn the basic techniques that GW and other good hobby shops teach you, you'll be able to turn out some fantastic looking pieces with ease!

yes it is I got it at Stewarts Hobby in Ohio but any hobby shop should be able to order it
