  • Just read that Mark Hamill is going to be signing at SDCC.

If anybody could happen to get him to sign something for me, I'd pay you and be very happy.

            • This morning I looked out the window and saw they're setting up the tents for Hall H.

They also move the line for the Twilight panel.

Here are the card keys I received

                  • I took a quick walk around the Convention Center this morning. Man, I forgot about the San Diego huminity. It makes a 72 degree day feel like a 82 degree day in San Francisco. Beautiful weather here, much better than the fog and gloomy skies lingering over San Francisco last week.

                    Ground Zero for Hall H

ComicCon banners going up in front of the Con Center.

A peak at the setting up in the Sails Paviliion.

A Spidey movie promo on the Hard Rock hotel.

Folks lining up for preview night.

Off to Old Town for lunch and Tacos and then La Jolla.

Crime and no punishment: Comic-Con's pen attack

                          http://www.signonsandiego.com/news/2...ult/?comic-con

WWJLHD -- What Would the Justice League Have Done?Comic-Con was jolted out of its fantasy world on July 24, 2010, and into a grittier reality when two men in Hall H engaged in an argument that turned physical, one stabbing the other other with a pen.The alleged assailant was last seen as police escorted him out of the San Diego Convention Center, wearing handcuffs and a blood-spattered Harry Potter T-shirt.But then what happened?San Diego Police report that the suspect, 25-year-old Roshan Eon Burnham, potentially faced assault with a deadly weapon charges. But lawyers in the District Attorney's and the City Attorney's offices both declined to press charges, so Burnham was released. The victim, Cody Quintano, was taken to a local hospital where he received seven stitches under the right eye. And that was that.As the Boy Wonder might have said, "Holy anticlimax, Batman!"

Yeah, I believe you're right. I drove by later and there was no line. I saw people around the convention center with exhibitor badges and a few with swag already.
