    I blame the movies, specifically Iron Man and the Dark Knight. The jump in insanity from 2007 and 2008 was ridiculous.

                  What worries me is that, to my knowledge, this is the first time they've announced a specific date and time so far in advance. I get nightmare scenarios of all the tickets selling out by 9:05am or something.

                        i remember when I bought my tickets for '09; March, right after NYCC and we still got preview night. I wonder what happened between 09 & 10 to make it sell out. Oh wait, Twilight. But there was no official twilight presence this year so maybe the demand will not be as crazy?
