I found some pretty good bargains at the toy show. I think that's what most people look for when coming to the show.
I hope there are more "garage sale" type of seller's at the next show, as they're usually the one's more open to pricing negotiation, while Comic Book Store owners are less likely to do so.
Hopefully, word will get out that vendor tables are only $30 and we'll get more seller's. I mean, the Toy Show in San Jose had a wait to list for a vending table.
At any rate, I'll most likely attend the show again in October.

Guest repliedThanks for supporting the show, much appreciated!!! We had exactly 38 dealers. Alot of the comic shops don't like to advertise shows because it takes away from their own business, one comic shop is Flying Colors in Concord. We had a much better turnout than expected. So we will keep on doing shows, next one will be Oct 13th 2012Guest

Do you recall about a year or so ago that big murder/manslaughter of that doctor by that construction worker guy with that "professional" girl at the heart of it all? Wasn't that absolutely crazy? Anyways, that doctor was my friends uncle.

BTW Sylent, what city in the Bay Area do you actually live in? I'm not stalking, it's just that between you, Darth, nevermore, me and even a few others there is a lot of NorCal/Bay Area representing but this is a pretty large area.
I put Bay Area, but I actually live on the Peninsula. San Mateo.

I regret not buying a sealed Batman Inc. Robin figure for $5. It sells online for at least 30. I saw it several times and when I finally went to get it, it was gone. Same with a GL Bobblehead.

I just might check this out... and no early bird is good. More deals to be had.
$8 Parking?!? That's more than admission! Are they going to wash my car too?

Bob is a great guy?!? LOL! He's usually cool, but can definitely have his 'grumpy old man' moments. It was odd when Fantasy was closed for nearly 6 months.
A good friend of mine vowed to never go back into his store because he treated him poorly... and this is a guy that spent a good deal of money there. Bob gave me attitude one day because he was too busy doing nothing to check behind the counter for some cards so I didn't go back there for over a year.
