So?

Isn't Hollywood all gung-ho for gun control? Yet they use guns to sell their movies.

But more than that, once you notice it, it jumps out at you and starts to look silly. Can't the people who design the posters think of anything else?

How bizarre that more time has elapsed (32+ years) since this movie than the character actually time travels (30 years) in the movie.

Haven't even heard of that since I was a kid. Now I kind of want to watch it to get a better memory and understanding of it.

I didn't think it was very good overall, though Swayze was, imho. In the rather small category of drag queens taking a car trip through rural towns, I'd recommend Priscilla, Queen of the Desert much higher.
