Hey I am an MMORPG virgin I have no knowledge on them at all
What is the game play like is like a traditional mmo? or is it more like a brawler type game(god of war) ?
If they add stuff like a green lantern expansion pack to the game will I have to pay extra?
So if I get what do I need to know? what's all the terms

How much do you get to decide on? how many in game choices are there?

Lotsa questions there, It's plays more like a brawler in that square and triangle are the main attacks (if PS3 don't know PC), if the expansion stuff majorly affects gamneplay like say WoW cataclysm that you may have seen advertised then yes it'd be pay for it but maybe not as much as PS3 players would not buy such a big thing when they can just PSN it, as for terms you need to learn roles E.g Tank, controller, healer, plus you need to learn that LFG = Looking for group, Instance is an area away from the main world hub such as walking into a hospital or chemical factory etc. The main choices are: Gender, Mentor (Lex, Joker, Circe, Batman, Superman, Wonderwoman), power set (Sorcery, Fire, nature, ice, gadgets etc.), Movement mode (Flight, Athletics, Superspeed) and finally costume and name.

Yes its 15 a month but well worth it theres tons of content and so many paths to go on.

nope still free to play every game online but you can pay for extras

Yes but its not a forced charge with PS3 due to PSNs one off payment management, PC however I'm not so sure.
