If you are using windows, its the function key, usually "fn" and print screen, usually "prt sc", usually they are on opposite sides of the keyboard, function in the bottom left, print screen in the top right.

If you are using mac, get windows, just kidding, apple key + shift + 3, release, then click your screen.

      Using a PC.

Tried that... all I get is a black screen with some weird function squares at the top.

      Lame.

Is there any way you could give us a lay out of your screen?

I didn't even pay attention to the subforum we are in, sorry. Press F9 then go to My documents/My Games/DC Universe Online/DC Game/Screen Shots/

Just gonna throw this out there. If you're on PC or Windows, wevur, it should be print screen next to F12, then from there just go to paint, photoshop, your desired image processor and hit Ctrl + V and it will paste your image and then you can save it. On PS3 / Xbox 360 / any other console, you need a capture card.
