PS4 is losing one current-gen advantage. To play multiplayer you'll have to buy the Pro version of PSN. So, they won't be able to lord that over XBL any more.

Technically speaking, you're correct. But this isn't a Star Wars game, it's a Kingdom Hearts game. Disney gave the rights for EA to create core-specific Star Wars GAMES. If Disney wants, they could still use characters from their properties in the mix, for an entirely different game if they wanted. Hell, they even retained rights to make certain games themselves, so I don't see only using a sub-set of characters for a specific world in a game that is its own title would cause a problem.

There hasn't even been pixar worlds.

That's mostly been because the last proper Kingdom Hearts game came out in 2006. They also used another live-action world in KH2 with Pirates of the Carribean.

While that is true, they still have an advantage over Xbox Live. PSN + now allows you more free games than before.

There was only two things missing from the Sony conference, Kratos and Nathan Drake. A teaser trailer of God of War and Uncharted would've been gold.

And I think we need to start a PS4 thread. If the XB1 has one, PS4 needs one too.

My understanding, though, is that it doesn't mean you have to be connected every minute you play. It just means you have to had made a connection within 24 hours? My internet can probably handle that. The only time it goes out longer are major storms in which case I probably wouldn't have power, anyway.

I don't like all these restrictions, but I'm not sure that they'll affect me all that much. I haven't bought a used game in 2 or more years. I tend to play very few games and get them all close to launch.

I have no idea what DRM is.
