They got sly for the voice. I mean i agree its a odd choice but the 80's action fan in me is excited because we have terminator robocop and Rambo in the same game johnny cage was based on van damn because originally midway now neather realm wanted a van damn game in the early 90's. They have to be shelling out big bucks for guys like Rambo for licensing . I tweeted ed boon for Nitara for mk 12. Last game she was in was Armageddon in 2007 so 13 year's ago.

Unlocked the Forerunner title in Destiny 2, going to try and grab Dredgen since I'm close. The final Interference mission was something to behold (managed to get some nice screenshots before it ended; gonna have to grab a bunch of screenshots from Festival of the Lost and a number of other places before the Great Vaulting happens).

The "Games of a Generation" sale is active right now and I will have to get the first Injustice game (because I'd be insane to pass up a complete edition at $3). Might also get LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham.

The Trailer for rain for mk 11 is out. Finally the rain fanbase can shut there autistic asses up. I swear they and milleena fans are toxic to the point they made threats to ed boon. Guh i hate being a fan now because people get stupid making threats to developers to get there way. Apparently people were threatning insomniac for changing peter parkers face to a new actor for the sony spider man game. Wtf is wrong with fanbases now?

Clanmate helped me out a bunch in Destiny 2, so now I am closer to getting Izanagi's Burden, Wish-Ender, but since we didn't have a third player to help we didn't even attempt to get Outbreak Perfected. I'm going to have to LFG that and another quest. I also got a nice new ship.

In Division 2, I have seven weeks left on the season but I don't have a powerful build yet so I doubt I'll be able to grind the high XP content to boost my season rank and unlock everything (and I'd need the season pass to get the exclusive items anyway, only a few of which I actually like). We'll see how far I get.

Probably going to buy Dragon's Crown Pro since it's on sale currently.

BIG news this time.

Bungie has issued a cease-and-desist order against PerfectAim.com, which is a very "safe" site that allowed users to purchase cheats for games to do all sorts of things (not just nailing every headshot imaginable, but seeing enemies through walls in competitive matches and more). Every time the game updated, the cheat would have to be updated to a new version to stay usable, and installed at a root level on your computer.

Now that Bungie is threatening legal action, the site has claimed it will stop allowing cheats for Destiny 2, and once the Beyond Light expansion comes out any cheaters will be forced to either play honestly or stop playing entirely.

Aztecross has a hilarious video where he's reading forum/Discord comments from the cheaters and lapping up their bullshit tears. (I think his best quip is "There's an intelligence threshold...and this guy didn't make it").

Given how utterly rampant cheating was on the PC version of the game (especially in Trials of Osiris), this is fantastic news. It means actual players who aren't complete assholes can go into the game and stand a chance at winning their desired prizes. It means that the worst people, not just shitty excuses for gamers but outright awful people, will be kicked to the curb and not looked back upon. It means the integrity of the game will at last be upheld.

In personal Destiny 2 news, I got the three secret emblems for the Black Armory forges, but I dunno if I will be able to snag the Niobe Labs emblem (which is a bitchin' sweet one). Hopefully.

Completed the catalysts for Jade Rabbit and Tommy's Matchbook in Destiny 2, in the process unlocked the pinnacle Crucible scout rifle Randy's Throwing Knife (default paint job on it is ugly, by the way). I've still got 50-odd activities to complete before I can unlock Eriana's Vow catalyst, which is an insane grindfest and I wish Bungie had given more thought to it before crafting such an absolute slog.

This week I should be able to put the time aside to get Izanagi's Burden, Outbreak Perfect, and maybe Wish-Ender. I might also be able to get Exit Strategy from Gambit and at least move closer to getting the Dredgen title. Think I might also be able to get a few collectibles. I also need to clean out my stash again. I did take a minute to delete several quests I cannot complete without grinding solely on them, and I don't feel it's worth it (I'd have to have the coming week off and do nothing but play all day and half every night, and that shit isn't happening).

Division 2 I have weird luck: I seem to get pieces that have two very good stats that I then cannot pick which to absorb into the stat library. I have reached season rank 42 so I am fairly sure I should unlock the rank 55 exotic sub-machine gun before the season ends in 6 weeks (hard to think that I won't in such time, but I know I cannot possibly get the backpack without a team of total bros carrying me through a great many heroic-grade missions). Actually, since I have a semi-tolerable build at the moment, I might put a mission on challenging and call as many helpful players as possible, see what happens; it'll probably be rough but it's a chance I'm willing to take.

Also very pleased to see that not only is Mortal Shell out, but that it's only $30 tops (on sale currently on PSN for Halloween). I need to grab Dragon's Crown Pro and possibly The Mummy Demastered before the sale ends.

Bought them (small game sizes, too). Can't play them yet because I'm still wrapping up shit in Destiny 2. Namely that I've finally gotten Izanagi's Burden sniper rifle and I'm going to see if any LFGs are willing to drag me through Zero Hour to get Outbreak Perfected.

I'm also constantly aware of my pressing need to get a new controller.

For Division 2, I've upped my open world's difficulty to challenging to improve the quality of my loot drops, and missions as a result are auto-set to the same degree. Problem is the rogue agents that randomly attack and cause all kinds of suffering since my setup is mediocre. I did complete the Stranded Tanker and Liberty Island missions on challenging, the latter with a full squad (despite needing to disappear for several minutes to help move tables, so I probably confused/annoyed the randoms with me but other than that I performed well enough and the team had decent synergy).

I am almost to season rank 72, which will unlock the weapon blueprint for the new pistol (base version, not the custom one). If I keep at it I should be able to unlock the exotic backpack within the next five weeks, if only just barely (should have upped the difficulty before now, but whatever). I'm debating if I should get the season pass before the season's over, because I do like some of the exclusive rewards.

Also received my physical copy of Ghost Recon Breakpoint. Game deserves a lot of its criticism but it isn't terrible and I bought it used-like-new because Ubisoft has royally disappointed me, so I intend to refrain from giving them any more than strictly necessary. I do look forward to creating a cool character and running around a new setting though. And having that game gets me a new mask in Division 2.

I also got an e-mail from Gearbox to update my user details to receive exclusive rewards for Borderlands 3, so it looks like I need to get that next because the skins are actually pretty nice (hopefully I can still get the rewards with a new game, otherwise I'll have to contact Support).

Unlocked Memento backpack (season rank 90) in Division 2, so with a little over 4 weeks left I should definitely get the arm patch at rank 100. Now I can also look up various solo builds for my character so I'm not getting shredded all the damn time. And Massive is bringing back the optimization station to max out gear in Title Update 12.

Borrowed Borderlands 3 from my dad because he hardly plays it anymore. I linked my PSN to Gearbox's Shift service for the rewards, and now I have nice extra customization options. My Beastmaster robo-man has an Anubis head (shame each head is specific to only one class, because I'd use that head for all of them; I need a less enormous coat, though).

Redeemed some Bungie rewards for Destiny 2, specifically the two Sunset emblems and the season pin. I'll buy the pin later, code doesn't expire until December. I've been debating the issue of getting Outbreak Perfected again and I honestly think I'll just leave that one with the others that I haven't yet acquired and I'll get them from whatever the exotic kiosk is in Beyond Light. Disappointing to come to the verge of getting it but I just honestly can't bother myself on the issue anymore, I'm so drained with chasing things in this game lately. Was also going to chase Worldline Zero but that too I'm shelving.

I'm probably going to at least start Breakpoint so that I can unlock another mask in Division 2, sometime this week I think.

And of course there are a few games (including Bayonetta and The Messenger!) on sale right now that I need to consider getting.

Finally finished mass effect andromeda. Story is good but i have a lot of complaints from pointless side quests to horrible facial animations. Story wise a lot better than 3 id rate this a 7

Hit rank 100 on the season track for Division 2, got the owl patch. I probably won't bother with the season pass. Now I can spend some time putting together actual builds. Still cannot get the perfect FAMAS.

Destiny 2 -- did the Beyond Light intro mission, good of Bungie to actually allow the player to talk more than a handful of whispered lines. Also glad I got to use Witherhoard before the devs disabled it (cannot be equipped) due to a bug they need to fix (apparently it dealt continuous damage to enemy players even after they stepped out of its blighted area). Picked up the reissued Revoker ("Adored") quest, Gambit version; it'll take a good while before I can complete that, especially for each skin/emblem on all three characters. No plans yet to pick up Beyond Light, especially since it being brand new means flaws will be suffered before they are addressed. I despise that I cannot even see Outbreak Perfected in the exotic kiosk, and cannot buy Legend of Acrius (but apparently Xur is selling exotic ciphers so that makes earning missing weapons much easier, aside from ascendant materials). I do like that Banshee is selling Black Armory mods (though I already got them all before Tuesday).

Breakpoint -- spent literally hours updating iTunes and then trying to update my phone's OS only for it to fail and require me to update via the phone's menu instead of through my laptop, so I couldn't divert much attention to going after the TAC 50 sniper rifle, but that's on my to-do list for the weekend. I really dislike how the camera can't be manually shifted, I have to enter-exit cover from a certain angle. So damn inconvenient.

Breakpoint -- got the TAC 50. I tried to sneak in, too many guards. Used a chopper to land on the roof of the building next to the one I needed (either that or it was indeed the right building, can't remember) and proceeded to snipe and/or Rambo everyone that posed a threat. Barely got the blueprint but I did succeed...and then I stole a Hummer and because the road had alternating mini VW Beetles blocking the lanes, I accidentally drove over the side-barrier of the road and drowned in the water. But I got the blueprint! I also completed a side mission for some woman's granddad's prayer beads and discovered some more camp sites. Gonna need to work on a bunch of things all over the damn game, but I am liking this overall (doing the raid for the sweet rewards will be a punishing trip, I'm sure).

Destiny 2 -- I can't even see the weekly challenges/rewards because my power level is too low, so I'll have to work on that. The armor reskins for the Vanguard, Crucible and Gambit are a little sad, but the armor itself isn't ugly. Pisses me off that I can see emblems I don't have and can't get. The season track rewards barely interest me so I doubt I'll get the expansion and pass anytime soon. I don't even feel like grinding bright dust bounties at all (Bungie has really screwed players on this).

Division 2 -- built a Hunter's Fury setup for an SMG playstyle. Since I wasn't willing to alter my MP5A2 I used a crafted MP5ST (which I wanted, because I had one in Phantom Pain) and got the very rolls I needed (mediocre stats but the options were right). I've been killed several times but for the most part the build I got from NothingButSkillz is a blessing; I actually can kill things without being massacred at the same time! Now I can safely and effectively finish the zone liberation projects in NY. I will need to slap together more builds (just watched Patrick Wolf's "Immortal Reaper" build and it looked excellent). I could probably take this into the first few levels of the Summit.

Also ordered a good-condition copy of Project Gotham Racing 3. Back when the Xbox 360 launched, that was my first game with it, when I entered the "next gen" and I wanted it back in my collection for the nostalgia.
