They need to ditch Mo Cap all together and go back to hand drawn animations. That was used in every game before SVR.

All told, WWE 2K15 features five times (FIVE TIMES! FIVE TIMES!) the animation data of 2K14. Thankfully, just as much effort has gone into improving the way the game sounds, the color commentary in particular. Over four times as many lines were recorded this time around, which should go a long way towards spicing up what has consistently been one of the franchise's presentational low points.Originally posted by chosenone85 View PostThey need to ditch Mo Cap all together and go back to hand drawn animations. Eh, no. Do you not remember how terrible the animations were then? Talk about feeling like a heavy robot.
The motion capture sucks because they usually had one person doing all the moves, instead of the actual wrestlers.Last edited by "Chosen"; 08-04-2014, 08:44 PM.

It's better than it has been, but I could say that about all the wrestling games as they evolve. I wouldn't say the animations were perfect, but the sounds of 5x more animation data in 2K15 should be a vast improvement. I'm definitely going to wait for gameplay vids before I get too excited about it, but everything they talked about today at the very least has my attention.Last edited by JohnnyV; 08-04-2014, 09:07 PM.

My attention won't be grabbed until I see some gameplay but I understand.
The 5x animation is pretty much a given with the PS4/XB1.
Kinda sucks for last gen owners that they won't be getting the myCareer mode. Don't see why they can't include it since it was in previous games.

Official: ASSASSIN'S CREED ROGUE - Last-Gen Exclusive Coming This Fall
+ YouTube Video
after many rumors, speculation, leaks, and nearly complete radio silence from Ubisoft, the developer today revealed a cinematic trailer for Assassin's Creed Rogue, an all-new game in the hit franchise. As Unity, their other Fall 2014 release is exclusive to the new generation of consoles, the PS4 and Xbox One, so Rogue is exclusive to PS3 and Xbox 360, giving holdouts a new edition of the franchise.
The game was originally rumored as codename "Assassin's Creed Comet." The previous generation exclusivity and continued use of ships and naval battles (as indicated on the cover to your right) that were once rumors are now confirmed.
he reveal trailer was cinematic only, but does say a lot about the game. Thanks to an accompanying press release, we know even more.
Assassin's Creed Rogue will hit shelves on November 11, and is meant to "complete the North American saga," said game director Martin Capel. While the game's protagonist Shay Patrick Cormac looks at first like another Assassin, it turns out he's a former one - now working for the Templars as a hunter. Think Darth Vader's relationship to the Jedi and you have a decent comparison. It's the first time that the main protagonist of an Assassin's Creed game has been a Templar agent, though gamers have experienced small missions as one.
The game will include naval battles similar to the last two chapters of the series, something that will not be in Unity. The game takes place during the mid-18th Century, during the Seven Years War. Players will explore the North Atlantic, the Appalachian River Valley, and New York in the game, as well.

Just for the Appalachian River Valley and New York, AC Rouge has me really interested, but the naval bits are tedious, and really getting on my nerves. Hopefully it doesn't take over like Black Flag.
