    I’m thinking maybe Jerry Seinfeld?
I mean he has the $$$ and is a huge Supes fan…..

When my wife and I were first married (1980) I sold off my Spiderman collection at the time. I think the run was from #95 to #150, or something like that. I got $200 and bought our first car.
After that she really didn’t mind me buying comics so much.

    Thanks.
To tell the truth, I was very surprised that it was still available when I signed on (less than a year ago)
And I'm right with you there on the age thing "old timer". I have been collecting comics seriously since 1973!!

Yessir, I do. My mother got me a worn dog eared reproduction copy a few years ago, and I eagerly broke it out for the occasion.

I mean them either hating or worshipping us. But I'm flattered you think I have that can of photographic skill, and amused that you think he has any option of being hooked. The first thing I ever read him was a copy of the first Batman comics.

Fantastic composer who is known by some on the boards, some know the songs because of writers like Alan Moore's use of things like "The Black Freighter", and others are probably thinking WTF.

The swingy Bobby Darrin version was not the original, and completely lost the 'dark undertow',...

I wasn't sure if anyone had posted this before, so I thought I would just post it here.

My first blog is actually starting with some quotes from a thread that I was replying to for so long that a slew of other folk had already posted a ton of replies and I thought mine was sort of long winded, so I decided to stick it here.
