Maybe that thread reached its capacity for posts. It certainly had more posts than any other thread on this board.

'Wonder Woman' Movie Lassoes 'Pan' Writer (Exclusive)
Quote:

Jason Fuchs, who is behind Warner Bros’ upcoming Pan movie, is on his way to Paradise Island via invisible jet.

The scribe is in negotiations to write the screenplay for Wonder Woman, one of the most important installments of Warners’ cinematic universe based on the DC Entertainment characters and one of the most iconic characters in comic book history.

Warners had no comment.

Michelle MacLaren, the director behind some of the top episodes of Breaking Bad and Game of Thrones, is developing the project as its director while Gal Gadot is attached as the heroine, the Amazonian warrior princess known as Diana Prince. The movie has a 2017 release date.

Fuchs will work with MacLaren on the drafts.

Fuchs, repped by WME and Brookside Artists Management, is already ensconced with the studio with Pan, the re-imagining of the Peter Pan story that it hopes will launch a franchise when it is released July 17, 2017. The scribe, who also counts Ice Age: Continental Drift among his credits, is also working on the Pan sequel.

Meh. Pan looks like a fun movie with a horribly unoriginal story.

Jason Momoa Has Signed With Warner For Four Movies As Aquaman

W.West 12-08-2014 02:38 AM

BvS, Justice League, Aquaman and Justice League 2. (I'm sure that's in the article, but I didn't realize that until I started typing)

Space Cop 12-08-2014 03:43 AM

Was Aquaman's appearance in BvS confirmed before this? I remember the Diana confirmation but not Arthur.

He's been on set. He's been training with Gal Gadot. But no, there has never been an official statement saying he's in BvS.

Well, I just haven't been paying attention then (or I'm forgetting some of the many spoilers I've read). Thanks.

Ωmega Man 12-08-2014 02:50 PM

I think he mentioned doing it in an interview somewhere and talked about how he's glad he doesn't have to keep a lid on being Aquaman anymore. Was just after he was confirmed IIRC...

I watched that two parter with Flash and Arrow. The Arrow part was terrible. The crossover definitely didn't win me over and get me to put it on my watch list. I think the Flash show is getting better, though it has a long way to go.
