Where did you get all the extra sketch pages and all that fun stuff from the trades?

For the covers, did you just give him Images to print?

I've gathered most of the images from the internet and designed the pages in photoshop. (I've got my Bachelor's in Graphics and Design...). The hardest part is finding high enough resolutions to print sometimes You have to scan them yourself. But I create a PDF for the cover and send it to them.

This is very cool. I may end up doing this one day with some of them. Right now I've got everything downloaded and in order on my Ipad, which is good for reading, but binding them would be a pretty cool project to do.

1) can you take individual comics out?
2) if you can't take them out, dos'nt that devalue the comics? I know i'd rather have removable comics than ones stuck in a book.
