Default Ben Affleck as Batman

I'm sure most of you have seen reports that Ben will be playing Batman in the Batman/Superman movie. I mean, he did so well with Daredevil. He was fit and physically looked like the character. I can only imagine how good he will be as Bruce Wayne. I think I would rather see Batman played by Chaz Bono.

Ben Affleck wouldn't go anywhere near a superhero movie again. I loved him in Daredevil, and he'd probably make a fantastic Batman, but there's probably more of a chance of getting Christian Bale to return then Ben Affleck to star.

Daredevil at the time at least was quite successful, and everyone would have returned for a sequel...accept Ben Affleck which is why we haven't gotten another Daredevil film in a fucking decade. No, Ben Affleck wouldn't go near a superhero film again, sad as it is, that's the truth.

Uhm dude it's already been confirmed by everyone and their grandma that he is playing Batman. I don't know where you are getting your truth from but it's wrong.

I'd pay all the moneys I have, plus make an attempt to rob Fort Knox Goldfinger style, to make a Chaz Bono Batman movie exist.

Oh my god it's true. I just looked it up. Man, I never thought this would actually happen. Well if Affleck is taking up the role of batman, why didn't he stick around for Daredevil 2?

Because no one wanted to make a sequel to garbage

Blaspheme! I loved the DD film. I think it was mainly because Affleck just hated wearing the costume. Makes you wonder how long he'll last as batman.

I like Daredevil. Probably because I never read his comic book so the movie was my first real introduction of the character.

LOL! Legally Blonde would like a word with that statement.

Same here, at the time when I saw DD I never read the comics. In fact, the film is what got me into the comics. The two in a few ways are quite different. Personally, I prefer the film.

I always thought the first Legally Blonde was a pretty good movie. The second one wasn't, but something about Legally Blonde made me enjoy it. Even if nothing about the subject matter touched me personally, kind of like Hitch.

Speaking of Hitch, and to stay on topic, which announcement would have pissed you off more -- Will Smith cast as Batman or Ben Affleck?

I agree completely with you assessment of Legally Blonde

To be honest I really don't know what would upset me more. Though with the way people in this world are I bet more people would be bringing up the fact that Bats was made black than whether or not Will would be able to pull off the role.
