    This was pretty interesting. It's a propaganda/information short film from the 50s that explains why a tidy and well-painted house will do better in a nuclear blast.

    Perhaps not surprisingly, it was funded by paint makers.

    Came across this during the documentary I just watched.

        the wonders of lead-based paint: it'll save YOU America!!

        of course, all we'll need to worry about are the radioactive mutant killer cockroaches & giant scorpions......but everything *else* will be just fine!
