Trying to bridge off the last movie is going to be a chore. With the time between the last movie I wonder if they'll play on it and show that Bats has been around for a while in the next one...

Well 4 years is a long time, but I Nolan can pull it off. Maybe this time we get the Batman who is finally a veteran at what he does

Damn. The next three summers are going to be awesome for comic fans. Can't wait for Bats 3 though. I'm eagerly anticipating the title now. Maybe a SDCC announcement on that will happen.

4 years isn't bad since Nolan wants to film the whole movie in IMAX, plus the 3D work... I mean, there was 3 years between Batman Begins and TDK, given the extra prep that is required for IMAX and the 3D stuff, its no surprise the gap between TDK and The Caped Crusader would be a year longer.

And don't forget that his plans for the third one were ruined by Heath's death.

Yeah... well, personally, I'd like to see Charlaton in the third film, just so we could get Aaron Eckhart back... his was the best performance in TDK, imo.
