These trade dresses are all custom typography. I've located several PDF files from DC and extracted them to see how it's all structured. I've got vector graphics of the main GL and GLC logos if you guys need them.

you typically convert to outlines before going to press on a piece like that so you don't need to send fonts and risking them respacing/reflowing, there isn't much custom work in them once you see the font.

I'm aware of that process, but considered we've seen very limited instances of that face across the GL titles, I'd still bet the alphabet is customized.

I would say the closet one they have is the comic Normal font and another on the same page is called Comix Regular

What is the font that GL Vol. 4 uses for the cover titles?

This is a Custom Font I have been trying my best to make a font TTF from it but is a slow process Stay tuned for updates
