Can't be.

Kirkman's not writing it.

They're not mutually exclusive!

I haven't had the chance to read Chew, but everything I've seen about it sounds cool.

Twilight Guardian is in the works. It's just a matter of all the particulars being hammered out. The folks at Top Cow tell me we'll get it out in 2010.

And thanks!

I don't have a problem if you tried it and didn't like it, but I still think everyone needs to give at least one issue a read.

I agree with the person who stated that this book could become as Invincible or Walking Dead, even if this isn't written by Kirkman.

I haven't been reading it.

I figured I'd just get it in trade if it was worth it.

Is it any good?

I'm the same. I should probably get the Atom Eve trade too.

I'll probably try to get cheap floppies of the first Atom Eve series. I haven't seen a trade, yet.

And seeing as Haunt #3 comes out this Wednesday, I checked out a scan of Haunt #2 to get a feel for it, and I like it. Its interesting. I don't know if I'm on for the long run, but I think I might be on for at least this first arch.

Atom Eve: http://www.amazon.com/Invincible-Pre...9675539&sr=8-1

You bastard! Don't read Haunt! Read one of the billions of options I gave you! Read Walking Dead! Read Siege!

Oooh, Amazon prices!

I'll look over the list again, but if it has zombies in it, I just can't read it right now. Besides, Kirkman's writing it, and he writes like, two other books on that list. At least I'm supporting the same author.

Why?

I will stab you in the soul if you pick up Haunt. Pick up another Scalped trade. Buy the Battlefield hardcover.

If you HAVE to read new Kirkman, pick up those Invincible issues you missed, or pick up the Destroyer hardcover. That was surprisingly excellent.

Destroyer was good. I read most of it in soft cover.

I'm just tired of zombies. I even skipped out on zombie world when everyone I knew went to go see it. Zombies.... grr.

Dude, I'm not made of money! Trades are like 15 bucks a pop, easily. I only pick up trades of something I know I'm going to read again and again. Scalped, Destroyer, a bunch of other books I've bought over the years, I've just read once, and I feel like ultimately buying them was probably a waste of resources. I'm much more selective now. And even if I really like a book, that doesn't mean I will pick up every issue, trade, ect.

And yes, before you say it, I do back and reread all of my Ms. Marvel trades at some point.

Uh, Destroyer's not in soft cover, but ok.

I hear ya. And really, why even buy floppies then. You'll never reread those. Trades is where it's at for rereading.

Scalped, Battlefields, it's GOOD stuff. You'll be fine. Much better than Haunt, unless you want your soul stabbed.

I meant that I read Destroyer in floppies. That just a weird word for me unless I'm talking about a floppy disk

Haunt's just fun, and I always like stories with priests put in morally challenging situations. Is it soul crushing? Maybe a little, but its entertaining, and its pretty intense.

I actually reread my softcovers a lot.

Don't listen to Castle.

Haunt has been fun so far.

Go ahead and pick it up. Do it.

Do you ever actually talk about floppy disks anymore? Ever?

Singles, monthlies, when it came out, any of those are better than softcover, since softcover means TPB.

I meant I would stab you in the heart if you read Haunt.

I have that power, but whatever. Read about Venom, I mean Spawn, no sorry, Haunt. Read about Haunt if you want to.

Haha, now that you mention it I did enjoy the Anti-venom mini that came out recently.

I'll call them monthlies from now on.

And I'm reading Haunt so sharpen that sword and get ready to d-d-ddd-duel!!!!

*And alright, Irongreen, I'll give Chew a shot.

1 issue, Irongreen, that's all I'm giving it.

And Bruce, I'm not ignoring you. Scalped and a lot of those are just too serious for my tastes right now. And some of them, I'm sure are good, and some of them I know are good, but I'm just not in the mood for them.
