if they can get any peg space. I went to walmart and Kmart a few weeks ago looking for DCUC figures, and at both stores what I found was 30+ pegs and shelf spaces for Marvel toys and a gran total of 5 pegs and 2 shelf spaces for DC toys. And neither store had anything in stock except the 3 inch figures and both stores only had in those LexCorp solider guys and Alexander Luthor figures and that was IT.

DC/WB really needs to start slapping the retailers who are supposed to carry their stuff to actually have it on the shelf.

The problem that many collectors are encountering is that some Wal*Mart stores are flat-out REFUSING to put new cases of figures out on the pegs until all the old peg-warmers that have been there for MONTHS have sold out... which they aren't doing. So in some cases, they're letting cases of WAL*MART EXCLUSIVE FIGURES sit in their stock room for months, gathering dust, instead of putting them out so the collectors can buy them.

sin probably wont go bad until midway thru 2 and im willing to bet that for part 2 and into 3 they go in a more original story direction and dont do the sin corp war but will still turn sinestro.

From what I've heard, that analysis is really close, but it's more like 2/3 of the way through the second

Toyfair is in Feb so I expect to see a bunch of stuff then but not until then. I wish Hasbro was doing the 3 3/4 toy line. They are much better in that scale. I do hope that they have both comic series and movie series in the line and the articulation is better than the DCIH figures.

Using the appropriate threads helps to clean up the board. I think we should be able to handle a little structure.

This thread is GL movie news discussion. I don't think it could get more structured. If anything, the movie ring thread should be merged with this one.

I don't think that's for you to decide. This thread is filling up with posts like "omg, I need that ring"....let's stay on topic. Ring discussion goes in the movie ring thread. Is that so hard?

I think the movie ring thread is fine, if you're discussing how it looks, how to get one, etc... but right now we're partially discussing the movie marketing that's centered around select people receiving one in the mail. That's movie news, not ring-specific discussion

What exactly did I decide? I merely suggested. I just don't see why so many discussion threads, all regarding one movie, exist. If anything, that keeps the board from being cleaned up, like you said earlier.

Which is way you relocate those peg warmers...buy them go to another Walmart. And return them

Back on topic.... does anyone else hate the lower ab breathing CGI on the transformation scene.

THAT IS COOL! Not sure what I'd do with it but put it on a shelf. I am starting to think we can go broke with all the potential merchandise that can come out. We should start seeing more previews in the next couple months espcially at the NY Toy Fair.

Much props to WB/DC for sending all those rings and swag out. Nothing better than a little good publicity to get word of mouth going.

I present the original GL Touch video made by me (D_A's was good too).

Note the quality is a little off because I had to rip this off a video cd I made, the original copy was lost when my hard drive crash a number of years ago.
