The guardians might not approve, but that just means you don't get caught. Not every use of the ring is monitored. If that were the case they wouldn't have to chase down GLs or put them on trial. Since it currently takes will power to create a construct and (using the Darkness concept) more will power makes for a better construct, wouldn't ones will power begin to wain during this activity? I mean at first it would look like a beautiful woman but near the end just look like a blow up doll.

If you have great willpower,it stands to reason you could use it to keep the image of the individual in your head,thus imagine it.In that regard,I'd think the imaginative Kyle could retain it the longest.That and the hardy Kilowog.I expect Kilo to use it this way,seeing how he lost his people.Maybe on his honeymoon he goes to Mogo and forms a construct with his wife's mind,and they do it.
