Well clearly no fan of GL is watching the series, considering the fact that part 1 of the season finale just aired and people on these boards have gone completely silent, like it doesn't even exist.

You could at least share your own opinions on what you thought of the episode, instead of acting like you weren't even aware it was actually airing.

Season Finale? im really liking this series. Walker getting the blue ring at the end was perfect. Im anxiously waiting the introduction of the Sinestro corps. hopefully it is that and not the yelllow lanterns or fear corps

I DVRed the last two episodes and haven't gotten a chance to see them yet (I don't really watch TV). I hope to get to them tomorrow and will probably post something.

I watch this show(and Young Justice) every Saturday since it's premiere and I thought this was a good episode. It's great to have a good GL series to watch every week. Next weekend, I hope Saint Walker helps the GLC against the RLC. I'm also anxious to see Sinestro and the Sinestro Corps, Indigo-1 and the Indigo tribe, Larfleeze, and more Blue Lanterns for season 2. Since it's a GL show, I also want to see more GLC members. I think this show is a good show and it's worth my time. I've been either too busy or too lazy to comment on the show here every week but IonFan's right about it's greatness speaking for itself.

It is interesting a that a thread about GL TAS on a Transformers forum is more active than in a GL dedicated forum.

Yes, but it comes as no surprise. Most of these guys (I know one who posted the original Red Lantern Oath, so obviously he/she reads the comic) probably don't read the comics, so they find GL to be fascinating because their not too familiar with it, outside of Justice League and the live action movie.

As such their more fascinated about it then we are.

I agree it's a very good show.

It's great seeing all these GL characters outside of the comics, and seeing them done right. Best of all it's a Green Lantern cartoon, not Batman, not Superman, not some DC team, but an actual Green Lantern Cartoon. That alone makes it awesome.

Man the writers are doing a great job setting up what looks to be a huge finale for the show, this episode was dark but still awesome. The highlight to me was Saint Walker realising he's the saviour and the one who will bring hope to the universe that was cool. Also you gotta love how smart and several steps ahead Atrocitus is on the show, I don't know how they are going to fit the big war in 30 minutes hopefully we don't get a cliff hanger ending.

I wouldn't say Saint Walker did any realization on that mountain. He screamed at his brother for not giving/showing him the answers and then the battery showed up when he said he wouldn't quit. Plus, it would probably go against everything he believes in to think he himself is the savior of the universe.

Saint Walker went up on the mountain to see the Saviour. But no one was there. Instead he saw his reflection in the Blue Lantern. Does that mean he is the Saviour?

Saint Walker & Kilowog provided a better showing as lanterns than Hal's fight with Atrocitus. And while I really enjoyed Salaak whipping out construct swords, he was dealt with rather too easily for my tastes. Still, an overall good episode. For a second there, I actually thought that Razor had turned Sapphire. I'm a bit disappointed they couldn't Iolande in there somewhere. It'd be nice to see more characters show up in the second season.

Very nice episode.

Btw, funny thing, Iolande is voiced by the same actress that voices Twilight Sparkle.

And Walker knows punch-spaceships-fu.

Finally got to the last two episodes. I was particularly pleased with yesterday. I loved BL Walker. Kilowog's constructs were actually cool. They really got at the uniqueness of each corps. My only (small) complaint was that Salaak went down too fast. He's a top-level GL and should've been harder to take down.

Yes; specifically him as BL.
