I know you won't. But driving a race car is not an impediment to being a super-hero.

I bow to your experience on that score, though I still think that if you don't have to physically be on site where they could put eyes on you then you can MORE plausibly concoct explanations than if you are required to VISIBLY be in a specific place for hours at a time, especially if you are still getting the job done. So it might not be realistic for a real-life reporter to be able to do it, but it seems MORE plausible than for some other professions (especially to the majority of the readership who has never actually been a reporter, and doesn't know what's involved behind the scenes).

On one hand, I'm curious as to how that can be, but on the other hand, I know that if your explanation doesn't convince me, discussing why will be pointless.

If you want to be totally realistic about it, there's probably no job where you could vanish for long periods willy-nilly and get away with it. Even someone like Bruce Wayne, who is self-employed, needs to be reachable, and would encounter awkward questions about where he disappears to for long periods and about the many unusual purchases he makes.

So just don't go there. It's comic books.

Hmmm. So no one is familiar with any actors that look anything like Milner then?

I'm not. Anyway I kinda think Guy has drifted away from the Milner influence.

Yeah. Milner looks like the original Guy, before he was in a coma and woke up a jerk.

Of course, if that's the version Dantius is going for, then I guess Milner might be the look to go for, but I can't say who looks like him nowadays, since I'm not all that familiar with the current crop of actors.
