I have nothing new to discuss, no links , no gossip.

but instead of derailing the green lantern movie news updated as of today topic

maybe people can post their debates, and discussion here and anything else they can dig up on the upcoming movie

It was originally made specifically for the films, but the mods changed it.

If you did start talking about New Avengers in there, you wouldn't get a response from people.

That looks suspiciously like it's just a statue serving as a stand-in. I'll bet you the Destroyer will be a CGI creation in the final film. Wonder if they'll actually USE the comic book look used on the statue? I wouldn't put it past Hollywood to "reimagine" the character's look, the way they did with the Abomination in The Incredible Hulk.
