Excellent for Knives Out. It's going to open with more then the 40m it was projected at. Also that's a fantastic drop for Neighborhood. It had the best drop in the top ten too.

Frozen II held well, Knives Out broke out big, and even Queen & Slim overperformed relative to its budget. After weekends of dead air, the box office is lively again.

Good for Jumanji 3. It overdid my expectations. Ouch at Richard Jewell though, for an Eastwood directed film, that's his lowest since Blood Work.

Decent for Skywalker. It decreased from TLJ, but I could see it having better Christmas legs then that film. Either way Disney should be fine with its performance. As for Cats, Meow-yeow!

Woof at ROS's Saturday increase. WOM must be poor. If things go super wrong this could miss 500m and a billion worldwide. Disney should really give Star Wars a theatrical break for a while, though I know they won't.

Rather harsh drop for Star Wars. On the plus side that's a pretty great debut for Little Women, and even Uncut Gems is doing solid.

Given how earlier estimates had it, that's a better Saturday drop for Skywalker, but still not great. Wow at Little Women, it actually beat Frozen II on Saturday. Depending on how it does with the academy, it has a legitimate shot at 100m too.

Eh for Star Wars as per usual, however Little Women will probably pass 100m, and that looks to be a great drop for Uncet Gems. The Grudge apparently has an F cinemascore. No way it has good legs.

Looks like ROTS will end up with around 510m, an underperformance to be sure. Meanwhile Uncut Gems is looking to be A24's biggest movie ever, and Little Woman could end with as much as 110m. Love seeing quality movies rewarded.

For a film featuring mostly "no leads", and being based off a British set story, that's damn strong for 1917. Just Mercy also seems to have excellent WOM, and I could see it legging out to over 40m as well.

Strong Saturday increase for 1917, hefty drops for the holdovers too. You can tell the holiday season is officially over. Little Women should be able to leg it to 100m still, though. A few Oscar noms will help too.

Huge for Bad Boys. Big Willie and Martin are really back. As for Dolittle, well it could have been way worse, still a huge flop.

That's actually pretty okay for The Gentlemen, considering STX only bought it for 7m. Also 1917 and Bad Boys are so close to 100m.
