I'm going to assume that's a stunt guy and that costume isn't the one Chris Evans will be wearing, hence the slightly 'too baggy' and crumpled look, to allow stunt-guy extra movement.
It looks promising though and will look more impressive on a cine-camera rather than the stills we've got.

That stuntman is awkward in the uniform, other than that the uniform and shield look outstanding. I like the battle damage to the shield, but I wish it would be pretty all the time. Anyone think we'll get new replicas of the shield for the movie?

Yeah, the stunt guy doesn't do the suit justice. Dude looks like a cosplayer from ComicCon. And sure about the Viper looking Nazis. Looks too modern for 1940's period.
However, I like the photos. It suggests that Steve Rogers will wear the suit for a good portion of the film. Some speculations were that Rogers wouldn't wear the suit until the end of the movie.

suit looks awesome but the pics of the stunt guy kill me at least i hope that was the stint guy and chirs evans hasn't aged 40 years
