Never heard of this supposed mod btw btw.

I received it this morning in an email account that I have just to get non important emails, etc. I've attempted to click on the link, but my virus protection software won't allow me to see what's there, so I can only assume it's a scam or virus.

I am emailing you directly because I am stuck in moderation for the Green Lantern Corps board and I am trying to let everyone on there know about a new ONLINE Green Lantern GAME. : ) Can you please let the other's know? I promise this is not a hoax, we've already checked the DNS and it's the studio setting up these fake websites with clues to (usually free tickets, swagg, early screenings)

They aren't saying they're a mod, they're saying they can't post because of being tagged for a moderator needing to approve their post. Probably flagged by anti spamware....not sure what this board uses to flag spam, but I'm sure it's something as we don't see much of it.

We use good old fashioned manpower. Andrew approves everybody one by one and we flush the crap that ends up as spammers.

So it seems like someone is spamming a Green Lantern board with something that's supposed to get people interested in Green Lantern. Weird.
