Judging by the silhouette, it seems like the final DCU fighter might be Luthor. Most likely in his purple/green battlesuit.

But all we need for a Sinestro is a downloadable skin for the Green Lantern character.

As for Wonder Woman, she has been mentioned like twice on the MKast, but just not officially confirmed. Oh, and one of the DC character hints was a Warrior Princess. So...yeah.
