I think some of these chicks are just there to fill space, like Britney Spears and Hillary Duff. I'm glad Miley Cyrus isn't on that list though.

I felt the same way about Hilary Duff until I saw her Maxim photo shoot from a couple of years ago. I've never seen her look so attractive.

Photoshop and an airbrush can do wonders for people.

Mila IS #1. PERIOD

Rihanna is not hot at all. Maybe with the long hair..oh, and she and CB aren't together anymore.

Malin isn't hot. Just cute.

Jordana Brewster is hot, but not top 10 hot.

Their top list is usually a joke. They tend to have one or two most people would agree on and mostly a bunch of head scratchers. Akerman and Dushku are the ones that grab you right away as definitely not top 10 material. Bar is the drug of the moment as models go, and she is attractive, but not top 10 I think.

I would agree about the list being a joke. JLH and Eliza Dushku have no business on that list anymore. Sad to say, but they are both on the wrong end of "prime". JLH's hips and rear are as large and wide as the ocean. Dushku's body is still quite good, but her face is becoming a much more haggard version of her 23-35 year old self. She's still hot, but no way she could bump off 9 other 20-29 year olds out in celebrity-land.

Malin Akerman is attractive, but also has no business on this list. She has no figure or curves, and really is just there because of her "it" factor from the Watchmen Movie.

Mila Kunis and Olivia Wilde to me are an interchangeable #1 and #2. Both are smoking, sultry, and ooze sex appeal. Both are approaching their prime, and are absolutely smoldering with or without being dolled up in makeup. I like Megan Fox at 4 because frankly, tatoos aren't flattering and her lips just aren't very full and luscious looking.

As for Alba and Biel....enough is enough. I love both, But Alba does nothing to deserve being on this list anymore. Jessica Biel has an amazing physique, but looks pretty haggard without being completely glammed up with make-up, and sometimes with it on anyway.

My top 10 overall would likely be:

4. Megan Fox
5. Joanna Krupa
6. Audrina Patridge
7. Kate Beckinsale
8. Daneel Harris
9. Adriana Lima

The problem is as much who isn't on the list, as is who is. JLH and Dushku in the top 10, but no Halle Berry? She isn't even in the entire list, is she? I didn't see Jessica Simpson either. But Michelle Obama and Emma Watson are?? This might be their worst list ever, especially the top 10. Who would be a consensus pick amongst them, other than Megan Fox and Adriana Lima probably? I love, love, LOVE Mila but I doubt I woulda voted for her to make the top 10. But I certainly woulda voted her higher than half their top 10 list.

Here is Maxim's top 10 list from 2008 courtesy of a blog I made before I was banned from another forum. 2009 is a VAST improvement over last years, still, it's a public eye/popularity contest and has very little to do with overall beauty.

10. Ashley Tisdale- Never heard of her so I had to look her up. Top 10 material, I think NOT. She looks like a cloning experiment of Jennifer Aniston gone wrong.

9. Lindsay Lohan- I think the people that made this list were either gay or on crack like Lindsay behind the wheel.

8. Christina Aguilera- Seriously?!?! She's hasn't been hot since her Genie in the Bottle days.

7. Eva Mendes- I can see her MAYBE cracking the top 20, but not this high up.

6. Elisha Cuthbert- Once upon a time... Maybe during her peak- Girl Next Door and the first season of 24, but now I wouldn't have her in the top 75.

5. Sarah Michelle Gellar- I like Buffy, but not THIS much.

4. Eva Longoria Parker- When fixed up, she looks great, but on most days looks like a Scarecrow. Tony Parker needs to fix her a sandwich.

3. Jessica Biel- Me likes Biel. She has a terrific body, but her face isn't strong enough to crack the top 10.

2. Scarlett Johansson- Really, I don't know why she's so popular amongst people's lists. She's attractive, but NOT smokin' HOT.

1. Marissa Miller- #1?!?! Are you freaking kidding me?!? Maxim said SHE is the Hottest of 2008?!? She isn't even the hottest chick on her Victoria's Secret roster.

10. Brooklyn Decker- Honestly, I've never heard of her.

9. Zoe Saldana- I dig Zoe. I don't have a problem with this selection. She might not make my top 10 (after I put serious thought into it), but I really like Zoe.

8. Blake Lively- Please... I can think of 30 women hotter than Blake.

7. Megan Fox- Yes, she's hot, but her hotness is vastly overrated.

6. Rihanna- Very attractive? Yes. Top 10 worthy? No. Maybe around the top 20-30... and I thought she was WAY hotter with long hair.

5. Elisabetta Canalis- Never heard of her. She's cute and looks a bit like Cindy Crawford.

4. Olivia Munn- I think she's very pretty, but not top 10 hot. Maybe somewhere around the top 30.

3. Kim Kardashian- One of the few that I would have in my top 10. Quite a few people hate her because she's not very bright, but it's not her intelligence that I'm interested in.

Physically, the woman is a goddess.

2. Marisa Miller- I'll never understand the fascination with Marisa. She just looks like a generic blond to me.

1. Katy Perry- You've got to be kidding! She's attractive, but on my list, she'd be lucky to crack the top 100.
