Texting is, as the Boondocks dubbed it, "nigga technology," and Twitter must be some kind of "retarded nigga techology."

Texting is useful, but, as with all useful technology, people abuse it.

There are some people who won't even call, just text. It's ridiculous.

I'll admit I do a lot of texting because I usually tend to talk to more then one person at the same time and it's alot eaiser to text 5 people then to be like "oh let me call you back so I can call so and so" "oh wait let me get off to call _____ I'll call you back"

luckily Kentucky is at least combating texting on the road. Even if it's going to be nearly impossible to enforce.

So far the onlything done here about being on the phone and driving is you can't talk/text when you're in school zones or on the military base.
