And somehow two artists cannot achieve the shining light of perfection that is the connection between a ...doctor and an artist? Oh god, why would you ever wish Kyle on Iolande? The Princess is WAY too good for him. She's opinionated and political and very composed emotionally, and has been through more than Natu ever has been yet is way stronger. She'd be way too much woman for him to handle. She's too good for ALL of the GL men, I think. She'd need a guy (or gal) that would do political parrying with her, challenge her, court her with grace and style and not whiny self indulgence.
So far, these are the reasons we have listed that Kyle is better with Soranik than with any other option (whether it's an ex girlfriend or a new earth girlfriend):
-He "fits" better with her (no substance given)
-He has a connection with her since she's a doctor that he doesn't have with his other options (no substance is given, makes no sense since other girlfriends have more in common with him)
-Soranik has "confidence" (no substance given, you just have to "look hard" and see that she's different apparently)
-He is in Green Lantern, she is in Green Lantern, so it is more convenient for the writing (okay this is about convenience and not personality or the substance of the writing)
basically all of these reasons suck. Failures all around.
Kyle went for Soranik when he could have went for Princess Freakin' Iolande. FAILURE.
But Kyle would stay with Soranik no matter what, because Kyle can't dump a girl. Ever. He clings and clings and clings to her until she dumps him and he goes and crawls in a hole (another girl's, usually) to cry. Even after Jade cheated on him, she had to be the one to dump him.

Dunno miss. I think I could see her with Vath, maybe it´s the SW fan in me, but I think they could work a Leia/Solo dynamic with them. She already considers him a friend to some extent.Comment

Different from Jenny I agree. There are a lot of differences between them. On the contrary, for the few we know about Soranik I'd say that she has something in common with Donna as she's a very mature and caring woman. Soranik seems more stiff and introverted while Donna is more communicative and more of a leader, but I do think they have something in common.Originally posted by Tarmode View Post

I do agree that Natu and Donna have quite a bit in common, when it comes to their strengths. Natu's flaws are more self-serving, while Donna's flaws are more self-denying. So Natu has more in common strength-wise with Donna, but flaw-wise with Jennie.
I have a question: If Kyle had a facebook, do you think he'd friend Donna or Jennie, if they requested him? They'd certainly troll every status he had together, but would Soranik go bonkers with jealousy? I can picture them commenting on a pic of him and Soranik:
