I don't think it should be IN the movie, but certainly an acceptable, and appropriate song for the end credits.

Two days ago I read in some articles that Newton Howard has replaced Elfmann for the score of Green Hornet, it was als mentioned there that he is doing the score for GL.

He's a competent composer, it seems. Nothing remarkable, but nothing horrible, I don't think.
