I was told by someone who had worked on the film that the budget was roughly $50 million over ($48 to be precise), and is sitting at around $250 without marketing. Add in marketing, and that's the $300 million.

Yeah, sadly.

But the screening is on the IMAX screen from what I understand. Even if it isn't...doesn't matter to me! I'm just amped to see this film, I've been following the production since it was greenlit so many ages ago. I fear that my expectations might be too high, but they're somewhat even-keeled if you ask me: I just want this film to succeed so many others can bask in the amazing universe that we've grown quite fond of.
